    Whisky is a minefield for many South Africans. Diageo led the field in creating a bespoke learning space to assist retail partners in specific outlets that targeted uneducated shoppers.
    Insight
    Shoppers with naive palates felt overwhelmed in this category. Diageo needed to break down barriers to increase shopper confidence.
    Solution
    We created a multi sensory visual experience to showcase the reserve portfolio. Shoppers felt comfortable and at ease because understanding instilled confidence and buying power.
