    Unilever‘s corporate mission is to add vitality to life and their marketing strategies are designed around shopper behaviour. The brand approached us to resolve the challenges faced by shoppers and traders.
    Insight
    Shopping for personal care in township stores lacked dignity. Product presentations held limited appeal, range, availability and enticing offers for shoppers, with traders facing the additional challenge of shrinkage.
    Solution
    We provided Unilever SA with tools designed to raise visibility, keep the category organised, and instil shopper confidence with available options that were fairly priced and of good quality. Traders were assisted in increasing profit margins.
