    PayJoy Kiosk

    Opportunity
    We had the chance to reimagine the PayJoy kiosk into something truly impactful, a space that people recognise instantly and that PayJoy can proudly own. The big goal was to make sure their core values of accessibility, simplicity, and joy weren’t just words on paper, but something you could actually feel when walking up to the kiosk. At the same time, it had to cut through the clutter and stand out from competitors, offering customers a fresh and bold experience that draws them in.
    Insight
    When it comes to smartphone financing, people want peace of mind. They are looking for clarity, reassurance, and honesty. A design that feels open, friendly, and fresh helps break down those barriers and makes the journey feel a whole lot easier. PayJoy already had strong visual building blocks in the green palette and leaf icon, which gave us the perfect foundation to create a three-dimensional design language that feels unique and recognisable. The kiosk also needed to be modular and flexible, so whether it is in a big shopping mall or a smaller retail corner, the brand always looks and feels the same.
    Solution
    The new PayJoy kiosk brings the brand to life in three dimensions with a look and feel that is both cohesive and welcoming. Soft rounded forms, layered green panels, and bold leaf motifs create a design that is instantly ownable. The modular system allows for mix and match elements such as branded panels, display features, and storage, making it easy to roll out across different locations while keeping the PayJoy identity strong. We also simplified the communication by using bold headlines, step by step guides, and clean iconography that make the offering crystal clear. More than just a fixture, the kiosk becomes a complete brand experience, a space that feels open, trustworthy, and inviting while making PayJoy stand out in the marketplace.
