    Opportunity
    We saw an opportunity to reimagine the PayJoy kiosk into a distinctive brand asset that customers instantly recognise and that PayJoy can confidently own. The objective was to bring the brand’s values of accessibility, simplicity, and joy to life while creating a bold presence that stands apart from competitors and attracts customers.
    Insight
    Consumers seeking smartphone financing want clarity, reassurance, and trust, making an open, friendly, and approachable experience essential. PayJoy’s existing visual assets, including its green palette and leaf icon, provided the foundation for a unique three-dimensional design language that could scale consistently across multiple retail environments.
    Solution
    We developed a modular kiosk system that transforms the PayJoy brand into a cohesive, welcoming, and instantly recognisable physical experience through rounded forms, layered green elements, and bold leaf-inspired design cues. Simplified messaging, intuitive communication, and flexible components enable seamless deployment across locations while strengthening brand visibility, trust, and customer engagement.
